• At the door, registration must be paid by cash, credit card, cashier's check or money order. Refresh does not accept personal OR studio checks at any time.
• All Refresh ages are determined as of January 1, 2025. When calculating ages, please always drop the decimal point. Dancers Can not move down age levels only up for classes.
• Scholarships are decided based on ALL the classes not just ONE audition class
• There are NO REFUNDS on Workshop fees. Any returned checks will be subjected to a $35 fee

DANCER DISCOUNTS

Dancers attending more than one 2024 Refresh regional Convention will receive a 20% Workshop fee discount for each additional city.

TEACHER/STUDIO OWNER DISCOUNTS

5-15 dancers	1 Teacher/Studio Owner Free
16-30 dancers	2 Teachers/Studio Owners Free
31-45 dancers	3 Teachers/Studio Owners Free + 2 Extra Comp Entries *

*When calculating the total number of dancers, do not include scholarship recipients or observers.

Teachers and Studio Owners attending more than one 2024 Refresh Workshop, with competing students, may attend all additional cities at no charge.

INDEPENDENT DANCERS

Independent dancers are welcome to participate in the Refresh Workshop. An Independent Dancer must not be associated with any studio, including enrollment in classes that meet weekly or are part of a studio performing company.

SCHOLARSHIPS

While completing online registration, once you have added a dancer to your Workshop roster, click the scholarship checkbox and select the scholarship that your dancer received from the dropdown. This dancer's registration fees will be waived.

OBSERVERS

Parents of registered dancers are welcomed in the Workshop classes if they have purchased an $60 Observer wristband. One day Observer wristbands are not available. Observer wristbands are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All Observers must be attending with paid students only. Refresh reserves the right to limit observers within each ballroom, subject to attendance and space limitations. If the limit is reached prior to convention, Observer wristbands will not be sold at the door. Refresh reserves the right to revoke any Observer privileges. Discussions and phone calls should be taken outside the ballroom.

Photography and video recording from professional or DSLR cameras is strictly prohibited during classes. This is to ensure the dancer’s safety and privacy, as well as protecting the work of choreographers and faculty. Refresh offers professional photo and video services at each of our events.

This is to ensure the dancer’s safety and privacy, as well as protecting the work of choreographers and faculty. Still photos can be taken in between classes, with the faculty, etc. Refresh offers professional photo and video services at each of our events.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

The host hotel, facilities, and Refresh Dance Convention are not responsible for any lost personal items or injuries.

If a participant of Refresh Dance Convention is in need of first aid, please see a Refresh Staff member at the registration desk.

Dancers must wear cover-ups outside the ballroom area.

Dancers are expected to always maintain professional classroom etiquette.

Please make sure all personal items are against the perimeter of the ballroom, under the chairs, at all times to avoid injury.

All dancers under the age of 16 who are registered with Refresh Dance Convention must be accompanied by an adult of legal age.

All dancers registered for the Workshop must complete and sign a Refresh Dance Convention waiver in order to participate.
