About Morgan Jones

Morgan is a Greenwood High School senior who serves as the cheer team's dance captain. She has plans to attend the University of South Carolina, where she hopes to pursue a degree in criminal justice. Morgan began her dance career at Susie's Academy of Dance at five years old, where she is part of the competitive dance team. At age ten, Morgan was accepted to her local school district's Arts, Communication, and Theater Magnet School, where she excelled academically and was part of various productions at the school. Morgan realizes that competitive dancers require practice, hard work, and commitment. Because of this, Morgan has attended the University of South Carolina dance camps for the past two years and several other conventions and competitions. One of the conventions she attended was the Artistic Dance Exchange, where she won and received a scholarship to attend their national convention and was part of the final performance.
Morgan is very excited to be a Squad member and looks forward to working with her fellow Squad members and learning as much as possible to help further her dance career.
