About Kena Lynon

Kena is 9yrs old and currently receives her dance training through Sloan’s Dance/Gymnastics Studio located in West Frankfort, IL . She has been dancing since the age of 3. Her love of dance started while watching her older sister perform at competitions. She has trained in Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, and Lyrical styles. Her absolute favorite thing is Improv/freestyle. She never passes up an opportunity to improv battle her sister in the living room at home. When Kena is not dancing, she is playing soccer, learning the flute, drawing/coloring and navigating the world of Roblox. Kena is extremely excited to be a part of the Refresh Squad. She is looking forward to train and learn from the Refresh staff and her peers.
